I'm amazed someone who can afford a hockey jersey has so little life experience that this is a big markup to them 😂 don't go shopping for furniture, electronics, clothes or anything really. Don't forget too that's the wholesale price so it's probably double what it costs to make it and all the materials are probably marked up double as well.

It sounds like they will ship direct from SP in Quebec, so the only skepticism warranted IMHO is regarding the Fanatics jersey redesign they're working on for the future. I suspect they will incorporate elements / panels that cater to jersey ads.

Yeah I’ve had issues with adidas sizing. I get the same size every time and each time they all fit differently.

I found my issue is that the 60s are enough fabric for me but the crests will seize up and make them hard to wear. But I can fit a 58 made in Canada.

Maybe send an email to all 32 teams and plead your case? One of them might find it amusing and send you a goalie jersey. You don’t know until you ask.

I have a Fanatics jersey too, and I agree that it’s not nearly as bad as people think. It almost feels a little bit more comfortable with everything heat pressed instead of sewn. I will say that I haven’t worn my Fanatics jersey much, or washed it ever, so maybe my opinion would be different if I had.

You have to put a team in Atlanta first, this way Canada gets another team in a few years.

Fanatics didn’t mess up the mlb jerseys. Nike did. Most people blame fanatics because of their reputation but it was 100% Nike’s fault. That being said, I’m sure they will put more focus into the nhl jerseys regardless

If there's a last-moment move, they might just stay with the existing uniform set for 24-25. The home and away jerseys have the Kachina on the front and "Moon/Coyotes" patch on the shoulder. They'd simply have to avoid using the red alternate "Arizona" jersey.

Yeah, I think they’ll make it work if it becomes necessary. An expedited timeline would have to be worked out. Reebok did it for the Jets in 2011. The difference, of course, would be that we haven’t seen a sudden relocation in the same year as a jersey supplier change. Vegas launched along with Adidas in 2017, but there was a normal timeline leading up.

@icethetics I wanted to add, that in two major issues I had with Fanatics branded screenprinted gear, their customer service took care of the situation in a respectable manner. However, 1st incident, that screenprint job looked good, but wore off the first time I wore it via my seatbelt in my car--the replacement made it two months before it had issues. My 2nd incident was a Stadium Series hoodie that with the screenprint job on that, it should have never made it to me for me to have to send back--the replacement has been fine so far. In a secondary comment about their proposed 3 tier system, it comes off like how Nike is handling their NFL jerseys. However, in researching current Nike offerings, they have cheapened out the middle tier compared to the ones I bought about 7-8 years ago now. My mid-tier Cam Newton, Luke Keuchley, and Gregg Olson had stitched shoulder stripes, and stitch/heat pressed letters and numerals. Now, they make the shoulder stripes screenprint in that version. I'd have to buy a top tier to get something similar to my mid-tier. I'll give them credit that the screen print is super thick though, but in my history of seeing old jerseys at games, screen print eventually peels and looks garbage, and these jerseys are too expensive to have those kinds of issues. I'm not buying any NFL jerseys now as I won't buy the entry level all screen print, and I am not dropping that top-tier money.

I have also resigned myself into avoiding anything Fanatics branded for apparel, unless they are the only brand offering a particular design and I actually want it. Think like a division champs shirt and the like.

Divisions were unbalanced for decades before 2021 and everything was fine. That said, a 36-team league would be interesting. Maybe go back to 6 divisions with 6 teams each? New playoff format to go with it? I’m interested.
