@Edward Vaughn It's only incoherent bellowing to those of us don't understand the language and culture. If your part of the culture than you understand that this is a chant they would use before battle to "put the fear into" their enemies. I'm not a part of the culture, but I have done some research. No hate, just education.

@ThatBadGuy what culture could you possibly have? Christianity killed off a lot of great art and music and killed off paganism as well, then captialism/communism killed what was left. Whatever you are connected to these days, it is barely more than made up and can't be up there with Polynesian culture.

Then even today you behave childishly according to them. Little boy. You will never be a true warrior! My youngest son was also 5 years old at the time and he was completely there for it, he also tried to imitate it, now he understands Maori well and blows it from the outside. This is the kind of warrior spirit that permeates the boy and makes him a man. He who doesn't run away even if he really has to fight, is no use to my mother's soldier, who also goes into the mouse hole. This world understands from the word of the fist, not from the outstretched arms. Wolves are successful hunters. Why? Because they hunt in groups - packs, and there is order and respect for superiors. He who is not a member of the pack and who does not figuratively become a wolf himself will not stay on his feet.
