How it should be. In my opinion, to increase wellbeing of the people, the only thing you need to do is have some singers and musicians in the street. The solution is there and nobody takes it. Everybody loves a random singing session, and loves to vibe to someone playing in the streets. What's more beautiful than sitting in a bar and singing with people you've just met? Sing, dance and play like nothing cares.
