In this episode of FlasHBack, we go back to the 80's where host Dr. Tom Cooper interviews both past Mayor Ted Bartlett and intermediate past Mayor Jack Kelly as part of the show "Reflections of Former Mayors." Mayor Bartlett served for over 20 years spanning four decades on the City Council, while Mayor Kelly "Maverick" served from 1980 to 1988, and was reelected again in 1990. Kelly was on the TV series "Maverick" which ran on ABC from 1957-1962 and retired to HB after his years in Hollywood.
