FLASHING THE SUBFLOOR | Tiny house series

Flashing the subfloor is so important. In this video I’m laying down an aluminum flash guard on my tiny house. This took about a day, lots of cutting and measuring. I also sanded down some resale cupboards to end the day!

Working smart...good that you didn't scrimp on material...that investment will pay off for a long time. Smart idea using mask and safety glasses for the sanding project as well !!! You've got this !!!

Great to see you moving forward with your tiny house Cody, may I ask why you didn't seal all around the outer edges with the tape as well?

having done some cabinets in an apartment recently I would recomend putting your finish coat on with a roller. You don't want to see brush strokes on it. Also a coat of clear laquer will make cleaning easier.
