I try really hard to like my body the way it is and I often look up small chested positivity videos but most of the time the "flat chested" girls still have bigger boobs than I do. It can be a little discouraging at times.

I struggle with this not only cuz of my chest size but I have a wide lower body that doesn't match, I hate wearing padded bras cuz guys say they are false advertising but dresses don't fit me without one

if you have really small boobs (I'm a 32A), you should really follow Nava rose. I just love her content, because she's really JUST LIKE ME. And trust me there are more girls out there just like you; and It's also true that you should try to follow girls with similar body types as you. I would see others who had small boobs and feel lonely because they weren't as flat as I was. Then I found girls like Nava rose and Clara Dao who just owned being flat. It really does make a difference. It'll be quite a fluctuating journey, but I know that I'll eventually love myself completely and unconditionally!!

i went to buy a bra by myself a few months ago. 15yo right now - 14 yo at the time usually my mom would get them for me. I do not wear tight clothing so i guess she does not really know my size. so she got me the comfortable and bras that werent flattering. i dont blame her, she didnt/doesnt know and i never told her. I appreciate the thought. so i went out to buy my own bra. I chose 1 that was too large and i wore it for a while because it made my boobs look bigger and it was my only one with an actual bra shape. there were empty parts in the bra where my boob would not fill. I started to feel self conscious and sit certain ways which wouldnt show my chest and stand cross armed. after a while i thought i needed to go bra shopping again. this time i really looked for a size good for me. i bought 2. I tried them on and thought i looked so good. I was and am happy. I saw online people with a certain boob size and i realized i had the same size! I was just wearing bras that werent flattering. I already had what i admired. I still struggle i little bit with loving my body to the max, but i have made progress. (this year i got a bikini!! i havent worn it yet as its winter, but im happy to know i have it!!) thanks if you read this far:)

Try being a "big girl" with barely anything on top. It's like, I'm fat everywhere except in the places I "should" be as a woman. My stomach sticks out more than my boobs. Super super super insecure about it, but push up bras literally look like I'm wearing armor. I've struggled with feeling feminine since I can remember, even after losing 40 kilograms, hitting the gym etc. I still exercise 4-5 times a week to lose weight and gain muscle but this is literally one thing I know I will never have and it kills me to feel like a prepubescent boy when I'm naked.
