@@bryanbgs9773 depends on why u smoke. if u hate yourself for smoking weed u are coping sth negative with weed and are abusing it, so it's unhealthy. been there done that but I changed, my life changed. I smoke way less then before and I'm using it as a treat, when I'm done with working and cooking for example. First I care about myself, then I smoke. It seems like a simple rule but it is very important for me. I cannot smoke and expect to be productive afterwards, it's not me. Had to learn this too. but if u geniunly hate urself for smoking weed, seek some help (friends not always a doctor). reflect why u smoke and why u hate urself afterwards. is it because of weed or is it because of urself, or because u limit urself with smoking weed. take a break try how it feels without. we are young we got this! :)
