Plz share recipe for below flavour of Chocolate 1. Crunchy delight 2. Buttersotch Chocolates 3. Chilli Milli chatka 4. FreshMint masti 5. Pinacolada 6. Lipuor centers(oral recepi) 7. Almond Rocks 8. Daily milk and 9. Ferrero Rocher. -With Wrapping of chocolates and Different techniques and textures.

HI Rashmi.. It depends on the weather conditions honestly.. I live in New Zealand and it is cold here most of the time so it takes me hardly 30 mins for the chocolate to set completely.. thats the max time I am quoting.. if in India probably my suggestion would be to keep it underneath air conditioner but please do not refrigerate the chocolate as it would start melting quickly once you take it out of the fridge :) hope this helps

90 g ...milk n dark chocolate or compound...If u had used chocolate.....as per Indian climate real chocolates will be melt.....

Hi Sathya priya.. I bought it from Arife Dombivli, Mumbai. It reads AAA on the bottle I am not sure if that is the brand name :D

Just like any other chocolate at room temperature it will stay good for 4 to 5 days never stored beyond that :)

Hi Anushree.. Sorry for replying late saw your msg on FB too.. They do set faster when we add the essence but do not seize.. However, if you fear of that happening you can always add little oil to avoid that.. Or as recommended by anil jain using oil-soluble essence is also a good idea.. Also that is the reason why we add essence towards the end so that we can mix them quickly and add it to our moulds.. :) Hope this helps thank you

no it is not.. if you feel that the chocolate is splitting you can definitely add little oil to it
