Omniscient is 140rpm right? It can't 2 body anymore, but if you hit headshots, go for it. Otherwise, look for a 90rpm sniper like Beloved, Elegy 49, Fate Cries Foul, stuff like that. If you're teamshotting with a 140rpm and you hit a body, you'll do 90 damage, so a teammate with a 90rpm will still be able to body shot cleanup. Ultimately, use the sniper in some quickplay, see how you feel about it, see what happens. The roll is exceptional, kind of a baby revoker, but the archetype isn't so hot unless you hit headshots every time. Up to you. Try it out.
