The reason why Arvin is the best channel reviewing buildings is because he catches small details like the lack of shades on the top windows. As an American living in Europe, I notice many small “comfort” details in homes missed on this side of the pond due to the older buildings, or simply a lack of “the customer is always right” mentality here. So to find a channel that catches all the small details is just the best! With that said this house is awesome and it is a glamping masterpiece. I think a TV above the novelty fireplace and a more substantial fire pit area could improve it - better seating, perhaps a hammock area, maybe even a small pavement area for games for kids

Considering the fact that everyone lives "online" these days, this particular project makes a lot of sense. The primary reason anyone would want to rent it is the photos they will post. It doesn't need to be practical (although it is practical enough) the real draw is the whimsical quality. This is purpose built for young, attention seeking "influencers" and it serves this purpose well.

I doubt the design on stilts is for snow. More for elevation and enhanced views. I'd rather walk out to a sidewalk than go down stairs covered in snow and ice.

One of the key selling points of this rental besides that it's shaped like a fox is that it's a tree house. It wouldn't be much of a tree house if it was on the floor. Born and raised in LA snow is a foreign concept. It looks nice in movies.

Simple window coverings just for morning light would be nice. It's obviously pretty secluded so privacy isn't a big issue. But an early sunrise might suck if you wanna sleep in! LOL

BBQ grill because it’s nice to grill on an elevated deck amidst the trees. Golf cart because someone’s going to check in after sunset or in rain. A person/couple with a baby and/or small child will need a golf. cart to haul suitcases, food and toys/baby gear

I think a lot of people are missing the big picture here. If you stay in a place like this, it is for the memories, and this place certainly captures that. And don't worry about the light, if you are in this sort of BnB, you are probably wanting to wake with the sun anyway. There should be more places like this, it looks awesome actually. And if you are into nature, you don't need ziplines and all that sort of crap. Communing with nature is an end in itself, sometimes you just need to sit back and feel the wind in your hair, hear the birds and watch the sunset. True relaxation is doing nothing, just absorbing the environment. That is true if you are in the woods of Maine or the canals of Venice.

Oh wow! It does look like a fox. Didn't notice that till you mentioned it. No driveway is a real issue. It rains a lot there too. Keep that in mind. Also those tree's do not last long, and then fall over in any windstorm. Those tree's must be cleared out, and I'm sure the insurance company will bring this up.

Also, how far do you have to park in case you hear Jason in the forest and need to get out of there.

At that price point I expect a jacuzzi or a hot tub. As far as a family staying there, the size of that kitchen would give me pause. Is there a grill, somewhere? Where is the space for puzzle night, or game days? Even considering it's Maine, it's too high per night, especially considering all of the add-on fees for Air BnBs in general. It's cute, I expect more for my money.

Another great video. Interesting and beautiful property. Not only the house, but the land that it is located on looks great. I agree about the Jacuzzi being a feature that would be a nice add to the property. I think that zip lines or an obstacle course could also be good, but I wonder if that would/could open them up to a lot of liability. I could see people going there to do some sort of spiritual retreat (maybe edibles, mushrooms, or ayahuasca could be involved)-and having a zip line or obstacle course in the middle of nowhere could be a ticking time bomb for someone to get injured.

I agree they "nailed" the color palette in the bathroom; it's very beautiful. But the pure white tub/shower with the gold-color fixtures is a miss, IMO. Those fixtures scattered over the white tile wall makes a stark, cheap impression, an unwelcome contrast to the rest of the bathroom. They should have chosen tile of a color (not necessarily dark) that would be more in keeping with the room as a whole.

The problem with these ai models being used to forecast future housing markets or anything else is that the ai is only as good as the data humans put into it. I’ve seen 5 different ai models say completely different things due to the tiny errors or small biases. Ai models can be the most advanced thing on the planet, but if it’s using flawed data compiled by humans that have flaws it to will be flawed. There are different ways of measuring unemployment, crime rates, or any other data used. I just watched your Jessica Simpson episode and you were talking about how the realtor could trick people into how many days the house has been listed technically versus reality. I would imagine that is a pretty important data point for these solutions and is very easily manipulated. I’m not saying people shouldn’t use ai as a tool, I just hope they don’t base their decisions on buying or selling because an ai model said it was going to be a sellers market in 12 months.

Night. You are with your girl and some friends, having fun near the lake, drinking some beers. In the shadows a young but ambitious Jason Voorhees watch all of you waiting for an opportunity to kill you. Your beautiful girlfriend, wasted but horny, ask you to get back to the cabin and have some fun, but you tell her to go ahead, because you need to visit the bushes first. Jason follows her and it's about to kill her when he sees the huge fox head that is your cabin, he laughs so loud... and that's it. He fails miserably, you grab a rock and break his head. Poor Jason, his dream of becoming a legendary killer is over and he didn't even have the chance of watching your girl naked on the jacuzzi, because there was none.

I respect the the craftsmanship and attention to detail, but it would take a very foxy lady indeed to convince me to drop $450 a night for a tiny house in the woods of Maine! How muvch time can you spend looking at the outside? The bathroom was impressive (small), but the interior does not live up to the exterior.

This is awesome. Way better then that moron-built cave house in the previous video (I gave some strong comments on that one because apparently no geology people were present when they thought that one up). I would like an elevator from the ground to the fox chin. Like you go straight up to the room.
