Our Fleece was so thick we couldn't do the braid style.. I think I would only do short fringes on the sides, because I wouldn't want fringe in my face or any on elses ..I had a very large fleece blanket sewed around the edge. It looked really nice, & who we gifted it to Love it. It is really thick and warm..

My grandson wants one that will fit his full sized bed. Since that is quite large, do I need to tack it down to keep it from separating in the middle? Thanks for all the info!

I plan to this soon, but do you need to make the square cut out on each corner? I only have 58" by 38" to use an I don't want to make it smaller than it already is.
