She continues to prove that she's the greatest of all time. As if it were ever in doubt. I can't wait to see her perform this song in February in Charlotte. I chose this song for the mother/son dance at my wedding last year. That important day wouldn't have been quite as special without the Queen of Rock and Roll.

Not the same without Lindsey

Sad to think she won't play this song with Lindsey again. The words take on another level in time of their relationship. Stevie lyrical writing really are like she unknowingly sees through a crystal ball. Lindsey was able to continue to go on stage with her for years broken hearted....because IMO....besides not wanting to stop making and playing good music....he still got to be near her even if it was a love/hate relationship....he was not over her....and still had some hope under all the hurt between them both...but today....Stevie is now the broken hearted one and she knows....there is no hope...not that she ever wanted him back per say....but she loved that he loved her and now that she knows she is no longer first woman to him....she can't handle it. And had him kicked out. Basically. Sad. But I get it. She's more sad then she ever was I believe but relieved to not have to torture herself anymore by sharing the stage with him. Trust me she misses him terribly. But she can't function in that realm on stage. That's why she 'seems' happier now. More relieved from the stress of being next to Lindsey night after night knowing she lost him forever. My opinion.

I'm not quite sure what the point of it is. Lindsey can outsing Finn and outplay Campbell - at the same time. This whole situation arose because Stevie's ego can't handle having Lindsey in the band anymore, sure. And then Mick Fleetwood is such a cuckold he just agreed with her to appease her so SHE wouldn't bail, and Christine and John don't have personalities so they just went along with Mick. The whole thing is pathetic. This should have been the final hurrah, a huge final farewell tour of the 5 Rumours era members. TOTALLY different situation to 1987 when LB left the first time and they brought in two guys, at that point they were still young and had careers in front of them. It's 2018 - they'll all be dead in five or ten years. What a sad, sad way to go out. And all because of ego from $tevie and ca$h for twice-declared-bankrupt Mi¢k.
