I'm 70 now, grew up in the SFV area of L.A. and you are correct......70s We're wild. Biggest bummer was Vietnam war. Ended finally mid 70s. Saw Fleetwood Mac way back then at the small 5,000 seat Santa Monica Civic Auditorium. Wonderful. I've seen them in 3 decades and 3 States. CA, TX and NC moved for work

I remember watching this on the "Midnight Special" with host Wolfman Jack, I fell in love with them back then. Remember there was no autotune or lip sync as much back than. It was real, they wrote their own songs too. It wasn't about distractions with dancers & lip syncing & autotune ect...It was about the music, period. Thank you so much for that. :)

Stevie was such a goddess back in the day. I had such a crush on her when I was a teenager back in the 80's. Fast forward 30+ years and I'm still a huge fan of hers. I've aged, she's aged, still love her voice. She is right up there with Ann Wilson as one of my favorite female rock singers ever.

Hey Bre...... Thanks so much for reacting to Fleetwood Mac. When I watch Stevie Nicks, I'm always fascinated by how much she doesn't blink. She looks like she is so focused on singing the song and that she is SO INTO the song, she's just going for it. None of this eye movement stuff.... no way. lol I've always liked their songs and never tire of them. Take care and be well, sweetie. Peace.

Angli-British Fleetwood Mac started as an obsessive bunch of English blues fanatics that fell on hard times and retired to the US. After some improbable false starts (that have entered rock legend in their unlikelihood), the Mac found their feet and became world beaters on a scale still difficult for pop acts to match today.

Stevie Nicks also has a successful solo career, & was inducted again into the RocknRoll Hall of Fame just last year, which marked her as the first female artist to be inducted twice :-) that's pretty sad-ass when you think about it, given that women kick ass! but she does so deserve to be the first. She's overcome addictions & maintained both careers since the early 80's, & worked so hard & blazed all kinds of trails for women musicians... Edge Of Seventeen 1983 is killer, as is Stand Back, If Anyone Falls In Love... Secret Love (2012ish) & Moonlight (A Vampires Story 2012ish) are beautiful, too... Silver Springs by Fleetwood Mac from The Dance is killer. too

I agree, Bre, w/ below comments re: "Rumours". This is a cleaning- your- house, no- one's -home, sunny-cloudy-warm-snowing-raining Saturday morning around 10 or 11. Play this album cover-to-cover both sides w/ a great cuppa tea or whatever. In between doing the needed tasks, you'll be tapping, drumming, singing , picking, banging air-tambourine, etc but you will really enjoy this musical autobiography but, read it later. We will never hear a masterpiece like this again....

FM is awesome, ever evolving but saw them again last year, they still rock.”Rumours “ was a 12th year X-mas present. Grandpa was dying, the house in an uproar. I put on headphones and spent that whole crazy time in my room, listening cover-to-cover over and over...and my love affair w/ the band began! Rock on, Bre!

This performance basically crowned her as the Queen of Rock. Female singers were 'singers' until this. The album version is much more tame, but Stevie brought that grit to her live performance, paving the way for future women to let loose and be rockers. She was inducted into the HOF twice. Once for her time with Fleetwood Mac, and again as a solo artist in her own right. At 73, today, she's still gorgeous and still rocks out. I love her!

There is(was)a better live performance they did of this song on here but for some nonsensical reason it was taken down. I think it was a rehearsal that was taped for this performance on the show because it had people sitting around in the background and had that same moon in the background. It makes this performance look plain average, real talk. Has to be one of the best live performances by a band ever, even though I suspect it was just a rehearsal. Always liked Fleetwood Mac. They have a large library of really good music. I hope you eventually get a chance to see that other performance, you'll definitely feel where I'm coming from.....

Says something when the rehearsal is the "Official" video and the TV show performance isn't. For me this one is more rushed, although its just fine on its own. The rehearsal though, I can hear my last girlfriend's voice better in it. She had the same kind of voice and the part where Stevie puts her hand up in her hair, that is the part I listen to this song repeatedly to hear.
