That is NOT Viking Blue. I have Viking Blue from 1971 original S. More like Sapphire Blue Metallic.

Wrong taillights for a 72, the 72 did not have 442 on the dash, looks fishy to me!!!!!!

I've never seen bench seat in a 442. I've seen bench seat in a W31 cutlass

Cutlass & F-85'S. But not 442 and W-30 had Hurst Duel Gate Shifter on floor "F" casting heads Marine heads this car is a fake/clone where are the red fender wells that W-30's only had the W-30 is a factory balanced and tuned 365 H.P Drag Strip Car this is a fake.!!!and I will bet money on that as well I had so many Oldsmobile's from '64 to '70 even some doubles and other wrecks for part's my one small block 330 had 425 H.P. and my '425 big block had 550 H.P. Don't bother with this clone !!!

I'm thinking it is a clone it's not a W-30... W-30 are not strips it's the motor factory drag car that factory balanced and tuned. the fender wells are not red so it's not a 365 h.p. W-30 should have "F" casting on the heads as well. There is the Hurst Duel Gate Shifter real 442 never had steering wheel shifter it's a fake...

I think you’re correct. Ahhh, we called these Olds 4,4 ,2 never called them a four forty two . Should have buckets and a console with the Hurst dual gate . Coker tire had red stripe radials or other vintage look tires which are radials . The trunk lid torsion bar usually broke and usually never will hold the trunk lid fully open as shown. Great looking car.

So did I. The tail lights are 71 but the headlights are 72 because it had the black trim around them. They probably just painted a 71 to look like a 72.
