They’re actually a couple of different ways to stop arcing damage. One of the main ones is wearing equipment that has arcane barrier. The second one is having cards that will prevent damage not block but prevent. Any other questions let me know.

@@themagicoffleshblood thanks for fielding that one! I'm so excited to be getting my decks through and start playing. TCGs have never been my thing before so this is new territory for me. Do I have to get the "old" heroes separately (I've ordered a bunch of blitz decks) or are the young hero cards double sided (young on one side, old on the other)?

@@samvisser9408 Most of the decks only come with the young hero so you have to get the old hero separately. Also, young hero format is known as blitz and old hero format is known as classic constructed. They have very different styles, but classic constructed is what most people like to play if they start getting into any competitive, blitz also has competitive play. @@themagicoffleshblood Again, thanks so much. One last question (for now I guess): what product do I have to buy to get the older versions of the first set of heroes (so, Dorinthea, Rhinar etc)? Or will I have to hunt those down individually? Okay that was technically two questions, so sorry, but I think you should only have to give one answer...😅

@@samvisser9408 The big thing would be whether you wanna open packs to collect or to play. If you would like to open packs to collect an opening packs would be the best and then that you’d wanna open for those heroes is welcome to Rathe.
