My parents once painted a room in a similar colour that was used in the office of this build and my grandmother came over and took one look at the wall and said it looks like a goat pissed on your wall. The next day my mum went to buy new paint.

Looks pretty good, I think you could add a stairway like the original house had to access the roof on the outside. For the Garage if you wanted to drop the floor a little that way it would be more like if any water came up there is a buffer area. Just chiping the foor in the center and dropping the roll up door down one. Just a few thoughts. You keep doing great and keep it up the awesome houses

Grand entrance must say... looks good the windows and skylight make the house look bright and big, for handles try using the handle section on the window edit , maybe that has it... also the window above the entrace the handles are all on the outside of the house maybe want to take that in... what about skylights in the rooms and offices on top ??

maybe the front room wall, needs a plant or a mirror or a coat rack or vine wall or some decorative wall rug or something? to fill the space?

idk why folks are mad about the tp roll placement. in the bathroom we had in Gloucester MA, we had a literal toilet inside a closet, that had two full doors. it was right next to a big window. the tp roll was also in a place behind the toilet. where else would it have gone. it barely fit a single person inside. why did we have a closet toilet, idk, i wasn't the designer of the apartment. it didn't even have a sink in it. it was too small, just the toilet and a window and a tp roll. that's it. and yes for extra weirdness, the window was toilet height, because why not? why not have access to watch yer neighbor poobin. 8I and if you want to know, to my knowledge the apartment in question still exists. idk if the closet window toilet does, but i have a feeling it probably still does exist.

I think the balcony is off center.

The house is nice, could've used a little more depth and style to the outside without it having to look like a basic minecraft house. The only thing I actually hate is the kitchen walls and back splash is RANCID. As a chef I would absolutely be very uncomfortable cooking in a space that looks like puss and throw up on the walls.
