When I found out the guy I was dating, the ONLY person I had really ever fallen in love with was sleeping with my bestfriend...I felt the same way. She’s so open and vulnerable! She’s so needy and admits it. It’s easy to see why she and Shannon fell in love. Shannon is so nurturing...always there for the people in her life. You would think that Shannon would have gotten tired of Cari’s neediness, but I think that Cari realized that she has these dependency issues and wants to become more independent... more her own self. I hope that she eventually realizes that she will always have dependency issues and that’s alright but unless she wants the be alone forever, she will have to learn to be vulnerable and trust that someone will recognize her dependency issues and still let her be her own self while she allows them to love her, respect her vulnerability, and still support her. It’s a very difficult balancing act for someone to navigate. If anyone could handle that role, it’s Shannon. Shannon is strong yet vulnerable; supportive yet understanding; open yet trustworthy; sweet and kind yet strong and capable. They both suffer from anxiety and depression. That’s the balance they need to achieve in order to love, trust, holds and support. I hope they find their way back to each other, but they both need to recognize their strengths and weaknesses and balance each other out.

Guys... everything is feeling like conversations with different versions of myself. I'm feeling crazy as shit. I totally relate to the empathy to a debilitating extent 😔
