Fletching an Arrow Using the Bitzenburger Jig

People, go ahead and buy it. You won’t regret it. The most accurate repeatable jig on the market. I’ve tried a lot of other brands. No comparison.

Aw come on now that 75°/105° looks pretty cool. I run a Q-tip down the foot of vane after applying glue to even out the layer of glue and remove excess. Wondering about dipping q-tip in glue and spreading it that way. Nice thing about the bitz is you can clean the squeeze out off pretty easily, and you can do everything with it.

I'm not an archer in not an arrow maker. I'll never ever fletch an arrow but i still watched.

You also use tac, I use 2.75 driver's. Your Dad said to me " my sons use the same. Love Willow creek Archery. Hope you two something special for your Dad on Father's day.

The pressure for 60 is something new I will try. I would like to see your settings on the left helical. I can't get that part right

@DeadHeadArchery yes. Sorry I wasn't clear. I shoot Gold Tip 22s so I'm sure it's different than say a hunting shaft

@@nmtidefan4735 it’s all shaft size specific. Best thing to do is set an arrow in the jig, clamp a vane in and loosen the knobs. Rotate til it’s lined up and lock em down. You’ll probably mess up the first couple, I always do.
