Not trying to hate but I don’t get the point of this comment. You could’ve said what you did without the Dorian Yates part. It’s like you disrespected him then covered it up with a compliment afterward. I’m not saying that was your intent but that’s how it comes off. Flex trained hard, he just trained a different style than Yates. You have to find what works best for your body as everyone is not the same. Just because ppl are not using the same style as Yates or Coleman doesn’t mean they aren’t working intensely. Yates had better genetics built for the type of training he did, flex did not but he built one of the best physiques of all time while dealing with a rare kidney disease during his career.

This is such a dumb knock on him....his training style created THAT BODY(the androgens get most of the credit I'll give you that). But I mean can you argue with his results

Imagine of he had ronnie coleman lat spread and tom platz legs then i think there is only one of a kind.
