The FlexiSpot E5 is more affordable than the Autonomous SmartDesk Pro by $100 dollars. The E5 also offers more features than the top-of-the-line desk from Autonomous. The Flexispot E5 can hold up to 287 lbs while the autonomous smart-desk pro can lift up to 310 lbs. Both are more than capable of lifting most of the setups out there. I don't even think my dual monitor setup and PC get close to 200 lbs.
Comparing the stability, the autonomous has a more stable structure. At the highest point, the autonomous doesn't wobble as much as the E5 when you lean against it. Both desks don't wobble when you are simply typing at the highest height setting.
The FlexiSpot E5 is amongst the most affordable electric standing desk that you can find in the market that doesn't cheap out in build quality and offers plenty of features.
