Seriously, most of us qualified and competent people are working under busy-body leadership, to say the least- Letting folk *just* do their job offers the employee a real sense of trust, and that builds an ease in confidence in the workplace. Yes, I liked this advice as well. On the flip side of micromanaging, often people try to save money by hiring less professional workers and experience frustration. Better to save up and get someone who you are confident in.

It was great!!!!😮Never expected how it turned out never expected it but I did find it weird that she wouldn’t communicate with her own parents to make sure she didn’t talk to anybody and then when she drop them off she didn’t come talk to her parents I know she wasn’t getting along with them may be or whatever but you don’t just drop your kids off nowhere without talking to somebody first so other than that it was good!!

She communicated with her parents about them coming & to pick them up when they get there . They were “bragging” at the facility about their grandchildren coming to visit so they killed them around the time they were coming because they knew . Was a crazier twist to me than the sixth sense on the low . Because there was actual harm involved in the twist
