9 жыл бұрынMarch 20, 2015 I got a Flight in this amazing PT-19 out of the Van Nuys Airport. This PT-19 is operated by the Commemorative Air Force SoCal Wing at the Camarillo Airport in California.

The Fairchild PT-19 (company designation Fairchild M62) is an American Fairchild Aircraft monoplane primary trainer aircraft that served with the United States Army Air Forces, RAF and RCAF during World War II. It was a contemporary of the Kaydet biplane trainer and was used by the USAAF during Primary Flying Training. As with other USAAF trainers of the period, the PT-19 had multiple designation(s) based on the powerplant installed.

Wow, I also saw "FiFi" the CAF's B-29 as the PT-19 was taxing up to the ramp.

Yes I saw the United States Coast Guard HC-130, pretty cool, thanks for watching Brandon that PT-19 flight was amazing and the weather was absolutely perfect

You don't have to be a millionaire to fly a plane you can easily find an ultralight for under $9,000 which is like a used car and you don't even need a pilots license to fly one
