My goodness, this is stunning Lisa, I love the dragon theme and that moon is awesome, colouring is fantastic. I never thought that at my age I would be into dragons and fairies, but I'm feasting on all of the Lavinia videos, and being mesmerised watching you, what a talent you have, thank you for sharing it with us, 💖

Loved this dragon card and I'm sure my great grandson will love it for his birthday next year... and our great grand daughter will get a fairy one next year as well.. :)... pity both birthdays have gone already! Thank you for showing us how to make this beautiful card... :)

Thank you Claire! It’s all about layering of the right products to build the scene. My techniques have developed through years of making mistakes and knowing how to not be put off by them! Every piece is an adventure. I never know how they will turn out !🙏

Thanks Meg. Actually a couple of people have asked to buy this one! I am asked a lot about selling my pieces I never have before. So I’m seriously considering setting up a shop on my website. Although the videos are short they take several hours to create so I’m just trying to work out what to charge. Normally my work goes to Lavinia stamps or Hochanda TV. So that’s a long winded way of saying maybe! Just haven’t decided what to do yet! ... I’ll let you know Meg and thank you for your kind interest! Xx

Lisa, when I see a new video from you, I basically plan my evening around it-get some coffee and I'm mesmerized. You are by far my absolute favorite artist, not only Lavinia Stamps but all around favorite. It is so generous of you to share and teach us. Lavinia is so lucky to have you on their team. Beautiful! Can use the distress oxide reinkers for your background as I don’t have sprays and financially can’t afford additional supplies at this time! Thank you for sharing your talent!

Hi it’s multifarious cardstock from Lavinia stamps. See link in the description box under the video. I also use watercolour card from spectrum noir sometimes. X

Thank you Dedra. I have a stash of card collected over the years from various companies. I used to be on the design team with crafters companion and I have a lot of their card and highly recommend it. I use their black Matt card in A4 size. The finish of the card doesn’t matter to me the most important thing is the colour! 😘

Another beautiful creation, Lisa, TFS 💖. Is a stabilo all pencil the same as a China graph pencil?

Thanks Leslie! No not quite. The China market is waxy and more difficult to blend. The Stabilo pencil is water soluble so make sure you don’t get it wet unless you want to blend it out. Both materials have a Matt finish. That’s why I like it. It photographs well. I hope that helps .

Lisa, I have a question for you please.... how do you contain the fixative just to the moon and not the surrounding sky??

Hi Pauline the answer is that I don’t and it doesn’t matter if some gets on the ink too. It doesn’t adversely effect it.
