Welcome to my 589th flight on Air Asia A320 from Sibu to Singapore. Air Asia has started flying from SBW to SIN since December 2022, initially four times per week on Mon, Wed, Fri and Sun. This is the flight that I was looking forward to, not only because it is the first and only international flight from SBW, but also the route most people from Sibu had long hoped for. This international flight connects people in Sibu with Singapore and allows them to travel in slightly over an hour. There are a lot of Sarawakian living and working in Singapore and this flight allows them to eliminate the need to backtrack to JHB to board a flight to SBW. In this video, I will bring to you flight report from SBW to SIN.
