Belugas as mentioned are fairly common, see them often over my house in Switzerland. Coolest thing I’ve seen was a few years ago, late at night I came home, staring at the sky as usual, say some strobes high above Zurich area, with some strobes not far behind it. Checked FR24 and it was the 747 with the side opening telescope thingymabob, maybe a NASA reg if I remember correctly. I put on live ATC for the area and listened to Skyguard talking to 2x Swiss F18 who were practising night intercepts/escorts on it, it was a bright moon and I could just make out a couple of contrails following it. The next few nights the 747 toured around EU, quite often out over the Atlantic zig zagging around. Very cool indeed, prob never happen in the area again.

The Doomsday plane flew over Myrtle Beach maybe a month ago as I always keep the radar up and look from time to time and I caught it by sure luck. I thought, maybe the Chinees had another balloon here and it was going to be the end of Myrtle Beach :)

0:36 This is the amphibious BE-200 aircraft owned by the russian Ministry of Emergency Situations (МЧС). When this screenshot was taken, a wildfire had arised the day before in the mountians of the costal town called Gelendzhik (ironically, the town that I live in). The fire had been spreading for an entire day, mercilessly burning to ashes the endangered Pityusa pine trees. Citizens of our town were begging for help and even tried extinguishing fire by water buckets (which of course did't help). After the numerous attempts of asking the goverment for the help, a pair of BE-200 amphibious planes were finally scrambled from the Rostov Platov airport heading south. As the BE-200 plane is incredibly effective in terms of extinguishing, the pilots swiftly managed to put out the wildfire, which was mostly likely caused by the uncovered high-voltage wires.

Air Koryo is a great airline. They have only had one crash. Compared to Korean Air which has had 17. Though 2 were not their own fault as they were both shot down in seperate incidents.
@kingsim26068 ай бұрын
but korean air has a huge fleet comapred to ai koryo which is not more than 5 planes
@retrorygaming7 ай бұрын
Tbf most of Korean Airs crashes happened during a different time period. They're one of the safest airlines around now. They had a problem with Korean culture. A lot of the pilots were former air force pilots that held a high rank and the culture at the time said that they were to be respected and not questioned this culture lead to a lot of accidents where the first officer didn't speak up over a dangerous position the captain was putting the plane in. That was resolved shortly after the Korean Air Cargo crash in England. Also Air Koryo is not a good airline. The planes are falling apart and is not a good experience. Makes sense since they only fly in and out of North Korea. Look it up sometimes. It's a very awful scary experience.
