I'm a professional paragliding pilot from Austria and my dream was to fly a STOL airplane, a Piper Supercub, low and slow from Alaska to Patagonia to find the best places to paraglide half way around the world!

Very happy to see that you are editing again! I am a pilot and have a Husky bush plane and a Piper J3C. I live in NC, USA and have flown over most of the northern part of the US, western Canada and Alaska. I was following your epic trip, and was concerned when you suddenly stopped posting - but thought perhaps that exactly as you said, you were too busy with enjoying the trip to do enroute editing. Delighted that you are once again posting episodes!

I enjoy the little details about the rules, corruption, differences between countries, etc. Also good to know Magdalena is acknowledged as a full team member now. Looking forward to the next episode, especially the paragliding segment.

Schöner Einblick mal ins Cockpit, danke dafür. Finde es schon überraschend wie Präsent die Korruption im Luftfahrt Sektor da drüben noch in einem 2020 ist. Bin mal gespannt auf den nächste Glide Vlog, die Landung sah ja schon mal Nice aus. kleiner tip noch: Für die Aviation Enthusiasten sind der Sound eines Flugzeuges ja wichtig, ich bin Superfroh hier jetzt kein "geprellere" vom Motor gehört zu haben aber so ein 20 sek Clip wo man den reinen Sound hört, lässt bestimmt Fanatikerherzen etwas höher schlagen.

Extrem leiwandes Projekt und wunderbare Aufnahmen! Du hast es echt drauf. Ich hoff nur, du hast die Zeit, die Videos demnächst fertig zu machen, ich halt die Spannung nämlich nimmer aus. 😉 Wenn 's geht, vielleicht auch immer ein bissl "Land und Leute" einbauen, so wie in den USA und in Kanada, falls ihr Material habt. Das macht die einzelnen Etappen sehr einprägsam. Bin auch gespannt, wie deine Frau im weiteren Verlauf Gas gibt. Die is ja eine ganz ganz liebe, wie man sieht. 👍 Oisdann, Gruß von daham und bleibts g'sund!

I so deeply appreciate you taking me along with you- so interesting listing to ATC taking to you in English and other traffic in Spanish. Do the Spanish speaking pilots also use miles when reporting positions? Or kilometers? Thank you - well done -

I am following your Xalps VLOG and stumbled across this episode again. Followed that great series closely two years ago. I see that is has by far not the spectators it deserves - KZfaq algorithms don‘t necessarily honor great content. Still, I‘d sure be with you, should you ever decide to continue the series. Any chance for that?

Thanks for posting these videos! I fly a maule when I'm not paragliding and have done some venturing south but only as far as Mexico / Bahamas right now. Would love to pick your brain sometime on logistics going farther south. Do you think wearing a nice shirt helped you come across as 'more legit' while working through border formalities?
