I remember when my kids would come home with that letter that someone in their class had lice. Megan, I think most people would understand the reason this needs to be done. If they don't agree, that's fine too and doesn't matter. Those goats are yours and most of us know you and your family will do what's best for YOUR animals. :)

I remember my Mom telling me about her father, who was a ship's cook on the Great Lakes. He was quite bald, except for the sides. We have a lot of the same animals as you all, except we have only had them for almost 2 years! So your videos are really helpful, we literally couldn't do this without people like you. I was critical of Megan's comment about wanting to keep secrets about the clay trade, it is a pet peeve of mine, and then my grandma was a clay artist and teacher who was all about just teaching as many people as possible how to do art and use it to support themselves so I'm like, everybody needs to be like her. Anyway, thanks again to you and your family.

Glad u brought up this point. I watched a vet show about it. There was a young guy (like Jake) who had a sweet baby goat he loved so much & let it sleep with him. The vet showed him what was on the skin by looking through a microscope. He said it was a lice that sheep share with goats. Quit putting the goat in your bed.
