In this video I will show you step by step how to achieve this beautiful white wash finish using Dixie Belle Chalk Mineral Paint in the colors Hurricane Gray and Fluff. This top is a the perfect choice when painting furniture with pastels or bright colors. You can also change the colors of your wash to better match the color of the base. A black and brown combination is the perfect pair for a dark green or brown base. Don't be afraid to experiment with your paint colors!

Do you think this technique would work on painted wooden walls? I feel like the color is too dark and want to lighten it up. Thats how I stumbled on your video! Probably would use regular paint though.

How much paint did you use? I am going to do my dresser and chest. Also, it has the factory sticky varnish. Should I scuff sand before I add the slick stick?
