What if the product stops working or some issues arrive after few days of delivery? How to deselect open box delivery?

You cannot deselect it if that's available on your pincode. Product warranty is given by apple bhai. If anything happens you will need to go to apple service centre. Just ensure your phone is perfectly fine while taking the delivery. Apple gives 1 year warranty to you so you can get it serviced. Just display damage and water damage won't be claimed from apple.

@@atiq5320 bhai, delivery ke time pas aap basic checks kar sakte ho. Display, body damage aur accessories box mein. Internal issue kuch rahega nahi usually agar kuch hai toh service warranty rahegi one year li. Lekin haan basic checks toh aap kar sakte ho aramse.

If there is any defect or missing product then you can choose to not accept the order and apply for an immediate refund. Always recommended to take a video while unboxing to ensure you have the proof. Hope this helps.

I bought a IPhone 15(128 GB BLUE) on 10th February from Flipkart . There was a new kind of seal on the box above the apple's official seal which is nowadays given by flipkart(according to flipkart) which the delivery guy opened himself in front of me .I checked for any physical damage or scratch and there wasn't anything as such. But when I turned on the phone for the first time it was showing "unknown battery part " and also there were touch problems .I called up apple service center and they advised me to talk to Flipkart about replacement. How many days do they take to deliver? Product page pe delivery date har dafa change hoti rehti hai. Sometimes it says order within 2 hrs and get product by tomorrow, click karo toh next page says delivery by 19th Oct. If you refresh or open new page, it shows delivery by 25th Oct. Aise kar kar ke mera order joh within 1 day delivery show ho raha tha ab 25th ki delivery show ho rahi hai.😢😢😢 I spoke to them, they say joh bhi ab dikh rahi hai delivery date, tab takk aa jayega. I ordered coz it was quick delivery and I wanted the phone on an urgent basis. Can someone tell me how many days do they take to deliver a phone?

@@TechReelthey will postpone days... yesterday it was showing it will be delivered on 18 th October bro wtf did they mean 2024😂Now I did change the delivery date to today and surprisingly it got into my nearest hub morning and it is currently out for delivery 😂it was literally stuck in Coimbatore to Cherpulassery for 6 days 😂😂the distance between them is less than 100 km. So no excuse 😅

Bhai delivery person unboxing karega and pictures lega. App bhi ek video banao. Phone box sealed Hona chahiye. Company seal aur Flipkart ki bhi ek seal hoti hai. Phone on Karna aur basic features check karo. Display aur scratches. Agar kuch technical issues aayegi toh baad mein warranty toh rahegi phone ki. Hopefully kuch issue nahi rahega.

If you have opted for open Box delivery, then you will have to unbox the whole package in front of the delivery guy. If you want to do it separately, then it will be a risk. Because when you accept the product after submitting the OTP, then you are confirming that the package is completely fine.

@@punarnavadey4957 usually product will be good. Depends what you have ordered. If it’s an iPhone or any other phone please unhox it right away. I gave OTP and took iPhone 13 and did unboxing later.

Open Box Delivery is a scam, delivery boy refused to unwrap it and was asking OTP without unboxing it, also called Flipkart Customer Care but no resolution, even she said it's not showing in her system whereas I also got the OBD while placing order, thankfully I took screenshot of the same. Have lodged compliant in written.

@@TechReel Hi, the delivery person was insisting for OTP first, as I was not sure I didn't give him the OTP. He didn't deliver the mobile, I lodged complaint and was on call with different CCE's of Flipkart, finally, without my consent Flipkart cancelled my order got text at night 1.30am. Even after that I called CCE but it was of no use. Just waiting for the amount to be credited as it was Prepaid.

I understand. But policy is like that and you have to go through open box delivery option for selected items on selected PIN codes. You can request the delivery guy that you will unbox it and someone can make a video to ensure the product is good.
