this happened to me two times on flipkart, once I ordered an audio CD, I received the shipment and the CD case, but found no CD inside, they refunded the amount. another time I received a different movie DVD instead of the one I have ordered for. They then replaced it.

this has happened with me recently I have order H96 media box but received bunch of plastic bags stuffed in packet. ill now they said they will collect said packet from me but only promises 8days past every new promised date to collect. Today customer support man told me i am require to submit copy of Aadhar card, passport, driving lic., gov. ID any one document out of these mentioned document to their website to settle the issue. simply horrible.

i ordered micromax canvas lt666 but got lt777 which was used one den i replaced hoping i get lt666 but once again i got lt777 again a used one... maxxtech is a fraud seller don't know y flipkart is keeping this kinda sellers with them..
