btw, the fx 6300 isnt a real 6 core 6 thread chip, it's more like 3 cores and 6 threads due to how AMD handled the cores on their FX CPUs

@@JasonWitmerYT Ah, ok, so that's why you didn't know AMD didn't do SMT until they made Ryzen.... I am still using a FX-8350 w/32GB as my daily driver that I built ~12yrs ago. I don't game on it except for some old emulators. It works just fine for all my daily normal stuff; I think it still handles multitasking so well because when I built it ram was in one of it's down cycles so I maxed out the mob with 4x8GB 1866 DDR3 for $129.
