Graphing Calcs were REQUIRED in my high school math class from Freshmen to Junior years. These calcs are probably the easiest flips ever and hopefully the teenager buying it didn't need to fork out $100+ at Target.

calculators are literally a necessity nowadays

I have thought about doing this a lot in the past, theres just a lot of people in my area so items move in and out fast

​@@XandarYTAlmost, but not quite. Every drop shipping service I've dealt with allows me to pay for a product they sell and will ship that product to the name and address I specify. The company is aware there is a third party involved. In my situation, the pawn shop doesn't know I listed their item on eBay. Unless they stumbled across my listing, they would never know my intentions with their product. They certainly won't be boxing and shipping the item to my customer. I actually worked with one pawn shop that the owner was aware of what I was doing. He let me come in and thoroughly go through his inventory and would even tell me how much he bought items for and how long they had been on his shelf. He would give me discount if I could move some of his higher profit items or get rid of stuff that had been sitting on the shelf for a long time.

Sounds like a good hustle. I just steal from Walmart when I'm broke lol

I always thought a big part of the reason why they offer is because they just don't report the sale. I've never been offered no tax when I pay in card. Only cash.

That's because it's a bad idea. Most people running pawn shops know what they are worth... they have the internet too. The amount of profits you'd make buying stuff here is not going to be worth it. Pawn shops need to make a profit and they will raise the price appropriately. If they are selling it cheap, it's because the items are not selling quick enough and they need the space.

When I ship to amazon I ship boxes that are full of a bunch of different items. If you spread the cost of shipping across all those items it’s well under $1 each…. And even if these were sold on eBay it would be about $5 to ship straight to the customer and that’s built into the price. Shipping doesn’t cost much.

They both sold in under 24hrs. Go check the sales rank on Amazon or the sell through rate on eBay.

College students almost AlWAYS buy older models used, schools aren’t who you’re trying to sell to anyways. Everyone else who needs one but doesn’t want to pay full price for a new one, that does the same thing the older ones do

That’s not why they are priced like that. It’s a pawn shop. They are resellers just like me. Almost everything in there shops are priced at market range. Electronics, game systems, shoes, tools, jewelry, gold, diamonds etc. They just under priced 2 of the three calculators they had and I caught the deal. Think a little. 🙄

No they are not. I did check. You didnt state which to check for. The older the model the less selling. These calculators are the oppisite of cards where older is better. The demand is for the constant newer models.

Your selling it to THEM and they will wind up throwing these in their mystery lots sold to customers. They cant sell those in that condition on the site.

What? You don’t sell items directly to Amazon. You list items on Amazons website and sell to customers just like eBay, mercari, or any other selling platform. You can also sell used items on Amazon. And these were both sold in used condition due to the packaging being worn. Photos were also included of the exact items and they both sold in under a day for the prices shown in the video.

You can sell things for the sticker price. Taxes are still paid just not added onto the sticker price. For example if you had 7% sales tax you could pay $1.07 for a $1 item or you could pay $1.00 total by including the sales tax in the price. The money the shop would get is 93¢ in my $1 total example.
