They’re pros at fan service, I can’t people believe think any of their interactions are real as it’s so contrived, like a pantomime. ​@bellabana i think you have to stop trying to change people's minds. everyone in the BL community has a tacit understanding about how fan service works: it's about maintaining the fantasy. we all know their private lives could be very different from what they decide to show. we also know when things are exaggerated and when they are being relaxed and almost honestly themselves. nobody in the public eye is fully unfiltered and unedited. this is their job and they do it phenomenally well. if this pseudo-reality fiction entertains us as much as scripted fiction does in a drama, why get so upset about it? even those who fully dwelve in delululand know deep down that it can all crumble down and fall apart in any second. so just let people enjoy whatever the fuck they have to cope with their day-to-day life. that's what entertainers are for. edit: realistic fans are ok and healthy discussion is always necessary in any community, but people throwing shade and unnecessary negativity for no good reason trying to ruin everyone else's experience and even disrespecting the performers... then not so fun nor ok-
