I don't recommend to any one. 100 days trail is just bogus. They do not take the product return. What they will reply to you is *Your address is not Serviceable for pick up*. I wonder for delivery it is not a problem. But for return they do have service issues. *And they also ask us to move the product to serviceable pincode.* Is it kind of joke?

how does it feel to touch ? I have duroflex mattress and it is very bad in terms of contact with skin. peps on the other hand is good. so in comparison how does it feel ?

Ergo / Ortho Whether u buy flo, wakefit, cat, sleepyhead, spleepycat, carryfit, stayfit, etc., etc., all were using same kind of material, and same kind of mattress, same kind of fabric, etc., etc., but only the thing in difference is price, WAKEFIT is very low in price, better u buy wakefit. the above all companies were changing their branding.

How to connect with flo mattresses

order 15442 i bought 2 ortho mattresses, first one very good. So i bought Second one and is pathetic and i dont believe how these foams are different from each other. How can same ORtho Mattress be different than the other? One of them perfect, the next one is just sinking in like some poor soft foam. My back is ruined and your support facilities are very bad at even replying forget exchange or return. It is so difficult to reach customer care. They said they will send packet of some plastic material which i need to wrap, no updates.I have been following up from past 14 days I bought solely on basis of mouth to mouth reviews and basis the first mattress being so good. I am very frustrated and I want full refund immediately without unnecessary hassle.

Worst service ever, firstly they deliver the mattress after 20 days and if not satisfied they delay your refund process for more than 23 days after return pickup.. and till today I havent got my refund from flo mattress, pickup done on 1st july 2023, order id 150986190FLOPESO
