What an spectacularly beautiful vlog today. The coastal scenes were dream like with the hazy mist backdrop-- simply gorgeous. The floating tree is a giant bonsai tree-- with the branches pulled down and elongated horizontally-- that is truly a miracle of nature-- existing like that with roots totally exposed. Then juxtapose that scene along the coast with the truly green, green of the HOH forest. You have a photographer's eye. You do have a gift for catching the scene in your camera's eye. I could go on and on. Beautiful. Thank you.

Been there. My stomping grounds. That part of the forest is cool, Kalaloch on the coast. My favorite is the Enchanted Valley Chalet. 10 mile hike, and there's a house there. If you travel east from there through the Quinault Reservation you're near the trail head, by Lake Quinault. BTW, it's a a nursery log. Most of the area is National Forest, only part of it is National Park... and some is tribal land. Glad you enjoyed the area, I love camping out there.

Hey, Mobile! Thanks for another, wonderful video of history and exploration! I do have to ask, though... Do you continuously research the areas you explore, or do you stumble upon these amazing places and say, 'hey, why not document this'? What is your favorite place to visit, and what got you started exploring places around America? :)

I have never felt sorry for a tree before.. Poor thing... clinging to life whilst the dried bodies of his or her, (or perhaps both... it is 2019 after all), brothers and sisters lie on the sand. Nice to see a video without someone turned up to 11, and no annoying music... a video about nature that actually lets me hear it. Like the good old days when videos were like a gentle journey downstream... When KZfaq wasn't full of KZfaqrs. 😂😂 BRAVO

You are thinking about the art of Bonsai. And what has likely happened here it the cliff is just eroding and undermining it with the tides, and wind too. However, it probably does put a lot of energy into the roots that are in the Earth.
