Aqua did it on purpose. Kanata was getting pointed out the whole stream and her imitation was more off than usual, so Aqua did it to cheer her up. A-chan caught on as well and let her guess again. Also, Aqua likes getting bullied so it's a win-win really lol.

Shibari sounds like that to gaijins because of some things you might see on the internet, but it doesn't have a bad connotation in real Japanese, afaik. For example, it's used when describing a playthrough of a game where the players can't use items. This is probably how A-ko used it here.

Definitely. She can definitely imitate others well, and you're not wrong: her voice dos have a characteristic that she hasn't been able to mask up yet. I think a really big part is consistency, since she doesn't focus an insane amount on a single voice? Or maybe it's just practice.

Very small difference.
