What gets me is even after getting citadelled twice, that player does not even do the remotest effort to move. its the mindset of most cv players who are so used to just bully all the other ships with the least amount of care.

to be fair: the game was over. why should he start running now? it's sucks for everyone if the last player (most often a cv) drags the game out and out and out and hides behind the last rock on the map. Kudos to him, that he didn't do that.

Agree. The cv class is for people who don’t care about the game, but simply want a brain dead way of causing damage with almost no possibility of counterplay. Cowardly class for coward players.

Hey, Flamu. When I was in the army we fired a shell from a howitzer in a high trajectory, like from a mortar. It flies for 56 seconds for about 10 km.

I never understood people who don't move their ship at all. Sure you have aircraft but still, if I play a CV I try to be as close to the fighting as I can without getting spotted and die.

Back when I used to play the game - and especially before the first CV rework - the only CVs I saw who never moved were Langleys, and _maybe_ a Hosho once or twice. I don't think I ever saw a tier 5 CV who never tried to move. Seeing a Malta this immobile is just... eww.

Upon taking any amount of damage when stationary, cv will now take an evasive maneuver automatically.

This is why there are sometimes 6 teams in a match. 2 sides with each having a CV team, a sub team, and surface ships team. Each with their own goals. Crazy huh?
