You create one or more flood simulation layers in a scene, run the scenario, and review the visual results. You can adjust the scenario, such as increasing the rainfall or blocking a waterway, and see what impact it has on the results.

How can I convert the result to a feature layer with time, in order to use this simulation with a time slider in the ArcGIS API 4? Can you create a video tutorial for this?

Please add building and road feature and it has to auto change colour as per the flooded water impact. and please upload its full tutorial

what do you do if the Simulation button on the ribbon is grayed out and you cant click on it?

Either you're in a map (not a scene) or you don't have the correct license
