I'm about a mile away, on a bit of a hill so quite safe :) The music is very good, there's some excellent stuff in the YT audio library.

A touch moist there Andrew. Just out of interest, who lives in the bridge or what is the room there used for?

Hi george, sorry didn't see your comment earlier. It's a chapel. It was built as one, fell into disuse and became a pub, then a house, then is back as a chapel again now.

That's what one gets for leaving the garden tap running, and did you have to buy that house built in to that Bridge?...I don't know..ho-hum

That actually was a house until the 1920s or 30s Theo, there was another two storeys on top. Before that it was a public house called 'Little Hell' It's intention though when the bridge was built in the 1400s was a chapel and that's what it is now.

There sure is some water. Birds are enjoying it . Sadly this could become more regular .

We've always had this Brett, unlike where you are it's flat around here so the flood water builds up slowly, goes on to the flood meadows and then just meanders away. We don't get those bad destructive flash floods like in more hilly areas and all the buildings are sort of designed with flooding in mind, like high door steps.

I was here when the flood happened, there were no ducks or swans and it was just sad, now the river has gone down luckily

I can remember a few years ago the flood water coming up into the town, right up the street towards where Poundland is. Thanks for commenting and don't be sad :)

Many years ago I had my audio shop in St. Ives main high street. While my shop (Audio T) was not flooded my cellar was. I was lucky that no stock was damaged but all the empty boxes for my demonstration stock were destroyed. Ahhh happy days!!

As an ex-St.Ivian Michael you know that this flooding stuff isn't uncommon! Thought it would make a nice change to film it though.
