My favorite part of Clash of the Titans is when Hades dug through the ditches and burned through the witches and slammed in the back of his Dragula.

I kinda dig the low-framerate of some enemies as a nod to the Stopmotion original film, but man, I can see how it messes with playing the game.

A friend of mine named his son Perseus, which is really fucking embarrassing.

This looks WAY better than I’d have thought. Mind you my expectations were 6 feet under, but that’s not bad for a licensed game.

Jake Sully might not have been great as Perseus but the rest of the movie’s casting was surprisingly good.

Gladius is actually a pretty good game. It plays like fire emblem or shining force but it was a few years before fire emblem went 3d. Top tier junky in game cutscenes in that one too. You'd have fun with it.

I loved gladius! My wife and I played it co-op many years ago.

If swords, sandals and Roman themes are what you're after, make sure Ryse: Son of Rome is on your list! Combat's dirt simple, typical "Gods using us for their sick games" storyline, but sometimes that's all you need after a long day.

I rented this back when it was new and wasn't too solid on it. However, the enemies with the jank framerate was a cool effect I thought.

The forgotten licensed video game from a forgotten remake of a classic Harryhausen film. Man the graphics really didn't aged well here, and it came out in 2010. It came out alongside Red Dead Redemption, Shattered Dimensions, MGS Peace Walker and God Of War 3.

I like how this team was tasked with making a game based on the _Clash of the Titans_ remake, but it's clear they preferred the original. Also, the worst version of Hades was in _Wonder Woman._ I was afraid he would start saying, "Ni!" To me.

I saw this movie in theater with friends and it was so bad we went to blockbuster and rented the original and it was a far more entertaining watch despite its age

I think the producers were thinking "it's a video game, so we need to make it fun and engaging." Adding a super jump button and juggling capabilities falls in line wit that. The film was boring so they probably didn't want the video game to be just as mundane. Obviously, it fails as a fun video game, but I have to admit that the 360 era of gaming was the last great era of video games. Nowadays, it's all micro- transactions, DLC, and unfinished messes. While this era of gaming had tons of games like this, it DID give us many classic games that are fondly remembered. For every 2 or 3 Clash of the Titans type games, there was a Halo or Fallout 3/NV, Metal Gear, or Mario game that pushed the medium forward. I remember so many games like this, but it's only because devs were still working out the kinks of 3d games and meaningful gameplay over graphics. Just my opinion. While I'm leaving out several other things, this is the thought that comes to mind. Oh yeah, and having to save every few mins was a bitch as well. And for games that had u save instead of auto saves, how many of us lost hours at a time because we died without saving at some point? I KNOW I did!

Dude. Give Terminator Salvation another shot. It's a favorite of mine, simply based on the sound design (mixing? iunno). The super deep base of the robot WEEEE WUURRRRR is strangely satisfying. Bad movie. Fun watch.

I remember this game, and since I liked the movie (I was a kid don't blame me) I had high expectations about this game, and it was a game. It was fun at the beginning but repetitive AF at the end, after the 4th boss I exchanged it for THE LAST OF US. Oh, and the Scorpion fight is waaaay too easy.

Was this ever made backwards compatible xD? It's a bit janky but it has some decent deals tbh. The movies aren't great but I kinda love them! I love Hades in God of War 3, dude is cenobite-like but major buff and voiced by the amazing Clancy Brown. His weapon was fantastic and fun as fuck too.
