Hi Elyssa! We just came back from Italy and I just want to thank you for all the amazing content on your channel! Of all the Italy travel KZfaqrs, I found yours to be the most comfortable, concise, and honest. I’ve never met you but it felt like I’ve known you forever. By the way, we were in Florence 9/10-15, so we might have even walked past you at some point (there were so many tourists midday though)!

Usually when you order a bistecca alla fiorentina, they ask you how many people will be eating it, and then they bring you a steak they think is good for that number of people. If you would like to have a smaller steak, tell them it's for two people. They don't mind you sharing but if you tell them it's for four people, you will get a pretty big steak.
