Erin, you are Monsanto’s worst nightmare. 😂 Putting seeds out into the world and sharing your product and knowledge to empower budding plant breeders is unheard of in today’s day and age. Let’s hope this inspires breeders in the crop realm as well! I commend you for sharing this with everyone. I live on a farm and we feel the exact same way about selecting, breeding and caring for our animals as you do about your flowers. The more people understand the blood, sweat and tears that all types of farmers put into their products the more they may respect and value those products and the people behind them. Keep at it - you’re amazing!!! 🌸

To: Erin, Chris, Jill and all of the amazing flower fairies at Floret Farm, I thank you for looking to the future! I always think of seed packets as packets of hope, things to come, packets of wishes, packets of magic! I sit here in Massachusetts with your beautiful books around me and I am so thankful that you have taken the time in your life, to put out into the world what you have already, thank you! I would like to suggest That you think about writing a children’s book because they are the hope of our future and teaching them about the magic of your flowers and the seeds that they start from it is a beautiful story of nurture and nature, bring the ripple effect to the children of our planet. Thank you for everything, thank you for the hope in packets❤

Erin, I don't understand the flower seed industry like you and many other people do other than as the end-result box store consumer but, from my perspective, what you have created is the 'farmer's market' type of setting for flower seeds. For those of us who no longer want to just buy what's on the shelf and are looking for a healthier more beautiful option you have closed the gap and have provided us with an option. My mind can't comprehend what you have accomplished but I know my wife and I are excited about it and can't wait to see these beautiful flowers growing in our garden. Thanks!

In 2023 my sister and I spent a great deal of the first 8 months of the year going back and forth from where we live in south King County to Granite Falls to get my mom and then head to Mt Vernon for pre op, surgery with a hospital stay and then post op appts. During her hospital stay I stayed at my folks home in our RV and went back and forth to the hospital each day. I can’t tell you how many times I thought about you and the beautiful flowers you grow. My love of Zinnias came from first seeing yours only a couple of years ago. Your flowers bring so much happiness to so many people. Your joy in seeing your vision come to fruition is inspiring. Congratulations and best wishes for a productive 2024.

This is fantastic guys and about time someone is doing it. Lucky you have the space us smaller ones do not. Not only big conglomerates take the profit's but they take the jobs off local people, communities, families, children. They are so greedy. The planet needs generosity not just takers. Been buying your books, watching videos. Very sad I cant get them in Australia!! Maybe someday, somewhere. Zinnias were my Dads favourite flowers my Mum said. As they were the only ones he could get to grow. I grow them for him, he's been gone since 2007, man he would love these. My Grandfather grew and showed Dahlias and won awards for them, at the Sydney Royal Easter show many years ago. Much love to you Erin and all the team. A few sweet peas started this, you must be so proud of all your hard work. And you should be with your fantastic team. Blessings to you all from all of us in Australia. xx

I get really emotional knowing that I have 3 packets of your seeds here in Australia to grow this coming season. We’ve put in hours of work through torrential rain building our large greenhouse/high tunnel waiting for the time to get our seeds started. What’s even more exciting are the zinnia I have been growing in confinement here this past season which I saved seed from and my hope is to grow out our own variety and hopefully find one of your dahlia or zinnia babies to cross with ours and see what we will get the following year. Ive loved our zinnia but only just began growing out varieties of seed collected from dahlia. My poppy grew dahlias for my grandmother and after turning 53 I wanted to create a special selection of dahlias that would live on in other peoples gardens long after I am gone, but also in the hope that my daughters will pass these beauties on to my grand children and great grandchildren. For me it’s the joy in growing something that brings so much fulfilment not only to me but to someone else. Ive told my husband this is going to be a beautiful journey of love that we can grow and nurture together. 🥰

Thank you for the work you do! Can’t wait to grow some from this new exciting line 🌸

We made all the bouquets, boutonnieres, and decorations from those zinnias, wild sunflowers and whatever was growing that week. I would have loved to have these shades of zinnias back 8 years ago! I loved seeing Kori's reaction to seeing her seed stock at your farm for the first time. Such a big moment.

This film, and the whole breeding project, is so incredibly beautiful and awe inspiring. I love your passion, and your obsession with seeing this through from concept to release, it's really inspiring. I hope you choked up a little when you first watched this film through, remembering all you'd put in to get here, there's so much to be proud of even as you continue the breeding programme and dream ever bigger! 💛

Am I the only one crying watching this video? All the hearts that’s been put into this is palpable. I remember growing Floret seeds on our tiny deck back in 2020. It was just such a joy. Thank you for sharing this and all that you do, Erin and Floret team! ❤❤❤❤
