I've been to Campeche Island long ago. The best I've seen in Floripa. The water was more transparent than in your video. Perhaps you didn't get a so sunny day. I saw the guy disappointed because he couldn't find the same vibe as in Rio. Well... everyone should know there's no way to compare Rio with any other city in Brazil or even in the world. Rio encapsulates a little bit of everything: nature, exquisite skyline, nightlife, culture, etc. Floripa, besides it's a capital, it still seems like a smaller town. Safer than Rio for sure, perhaps the safest or one of the safest capitals here, but not with everything Rio has to offer.

Floripa är oslagbart från säkerhetssynpunkt men nordöstra Brasilien är mycket lugnare också (mest favelorna och droglogistikerna som står för statistiken). Fortaleza eller Natal kanske faller dig i smaken

That’s what Florida was like when i went there! Mostly overcast! Great Carnaval though in their Sambadroma! I went to the Foz Iguacu and tres Fronteiras! The over industrialised Porto Alegre and the Jewell of the south Floripa. Amazingly hot girls there but boy do they know it.

I’d say don’t expect too much of the party scene in general unless it’s the carnival period. In the Lagoa area the clubs featured in the video plus Santa in Lagoa and Layback at Praia Mole during fridays and saturdays are your best bets. Drugs are most likely available but not as widely used as more party oriented places

@@benf6757: You definately have to spend at least a day in Cumbuco, it’s only 30 minutes away. And I strongly recommend Jericoacoara, a seven hour bus ride. Got a video from there if you wanna check it out

The island is pretty empty this year. Usually you can't go anywhere at night without it being crowded it. The place you went Lagoa? Normally during the summer is super full of people. Always felt bad about the people that live in that neighborhood haha

@@SwedishGringo I would say it's the Pandemic. The Season started well and then died out in the last two weeks or so. It seems to be a combination of people still being sick or being short of money. Argentina is going through a rough spot financially, Uruguayans usually come a bit late during April. And Brazilians tend to travel in the first 15 days of the month with the exception of Holiday dates. Come back in another year and I know for a fact that you won't be disappointed! We are hopeful about Carnaval tho. Good Luck with SP. I think you will enjoy it!

Viewd w great interest..Here in Australia, the tourists can "unofficially ", of course, work in the farms/restaurant/ clubs etc,,,,CASH IN HAND!!,,,no record ya ever worked. Visitin the police to extend visa, can sometimes mean an extension of 20 years😁....Dont rush into sun ☀️ tooo much and get burned, like they do my way....Skin Cancer....Lookin forward to ya next video....Ya gunna marry a Brazil lady?
