I’ve been to the Keys and Key West a number of times. Key West gets all the attention, as it should, but the remaining Keys are vastly underappreciated. Another fantastic video!

We’ve stayed at a family owned and run place called “The Ragged Edge” on Isla Morada several times. They have a lovely pool, you can fish from their dock all in all a great place to stay. Across the US1 is Founders Park, what a place to see those glorious sunsets. About 3-4 miles south is Whale Harbour, there’s a great dining place called “Wahoo’s”, have a Shrimp Po’ Boy.

Spent a LOT of time in the Keys in the 1970's drove across all of the old bridges, the 7-mile was tough after a long night of drinking. Stayed at Bahia Honda Park in the 1960's & 1970's and back then we were allowed to camp on the beach - ocean-side - right near the old bridge. Spent lots of time jumping from the old bridge. This place has a special place in my heart. Fiesta Key also had a great camping place at the KOA. As you said the Keys have stopped people from stopping along the roads and bridges which has taken much of the fun away. Keep up the good videos Robert.

Thanks for the tour of Bahia Honda , The only time as was in the keys was in 1993 and I saw that park when driving by and thought how nice it looked , I have seen it in books and videos and it looks beautiful I was saddened by what hurricane Irma did to it. Would love to go there someday but I dont know , its not looking like its ever going to happen, the keys are so nice I just cant afford it so thanks for the videos cant wait for the next one safe travels my friend .

We love the Florida Keys so much that my son and I ran from Key Largo to Key West in 31 hours!!! It was amazing to run across the 8 mile bridge and also to see it all on foot!!!!! We ran the Keys 100 race!!!

I went to Bahia Honda with my family about 60 years ago. The campsites were so new at the time. The coral gravel was very clean and there were deep channels (where the shell rock had been excavated). We snorkeled and really enjoyed all the fish. The old Bahia Honda bridge was the only one back then. Same with the original Seven Mile Bridge. I visited both areas in 2003 or so and couldn't believe that Dad had driven across that narrow Seven Mile Bridge back then. It (like everything else) has changed greatly. I did take the trolley to Pidgeon Key and toured the museum. Thank you so much for sharing your adventure because it brought back many memories of easier times. The Keys are special and unique!

Yes!!!! You’re back in the keys!!! I love your trips to the keys, being from central Pennsylvania this warms up the atmosphere here at home, we were in islamorada in June and stayed at the pines and palms resort, and had several delicious breakfasts at the midway cafe, thank you for sharing your trips with us all, have a blessed and peaceful day🙏🙏

Ah the Keys!! We decided to move to FL after visiting the Keys in 1965. It wasn't busy then. Would love to bike the bridge at Pidgeon Key. Loved the video and my son also loves your Keys videos. ❤❤

Robert! What a surprise! Nothing from you all year! Thank you so much. We have been looking at that park for years for camping. I have been there a few times just overnight on a sailboat.(not the best place for that, drag the anchor, and you will hit a bridge, so a watch is more important.) The E-bikes, the Mini, what we are shopping for. Now to get a place in there has been trouble for years. New law may be in the books soon to allow Florida residents first dibs on reservations. As I understand it, it is booked for over one year, and can't go 'till 2014. Your way may work, but we are not retired yet. Keep it up, going to watch the rest of your video. They have been great and relaxing! Happy New Year!.... Five-year supply, LOL! I get camper cooking. A bit different on a boat.Of sorts.LOL!

I can recommend the Wreck and Galley on Marathon if it's still open. We've had many great meals there. It is next door to the Dolphin Research place. Excellent viewing Robert, roll on next Sunday!

Robert, loved this trip to Bahia Honda. Great way to narrate your trip and activities. You had me hooked to your video from beginning to end. Me being cuban I've always loved the water and the keys have that Cuban vibe to it. I've only been there once but the minute I arrived I felt like I belonged there, maybe one day I'll be lucky enough to make the move. I live up in Clearwater here in FL. Thanks for the great video.
