How do i know, i use to work in one..After the economy crashed after Bush II in 2008-09, they started downsizing and closing hundreds of mental health facilities all across the Country....There are more Mentally ill people on the street than in hospitals because they have no where to treat them if they need serious help. Many get treated, get medication and get sent on their way...Then they go to jail for their behaviors, when what they need is long term, drug or mental health treatment...
