I like this house except i prefer a covered back porch. Which should be included in that cost in Florida. Its a deal breaker for me not having the covered porch. Otherwise, this house is so nice!!! Thanks for info

What’s the cost of flood insurance?

That’s a great question! One of the great things about this property is that it is in a flood zone X meaning it has less than 1% probability of flooding and therefore it does not require flood insurance!👍🏻

Your presentation was really good man compared to some of these other agents doing these videos. But please be FULLY transparent and say the name of the builder. Just be sure to say in the videos not to contact them, and to come to you first. Idk, just makes me think twice about considering agents that omit the names. But once again, overall great job on the presentation of the house itself, and the cost breakdown at the end.

Hey great question! On a home like this you can estimate $2800-3200 to be your annual property taxes. The range depends on things like whether the property has a homestead exemption or not!
