Great start to 2023. It is nice to see you go to different locations to enjoy and of course fish! Have you ever thought of a trip up the Intercoastal with stops along the way to fish the different areas? For example, here in Titusville we are the Redfish capital. You could stop at the different openings to the ocean and do a local ocean fishing day. I am sure all your fans would love o see you fish more of Florida! I know I would!

You guys! Try the Salmon a la moutarde recepe. It's mind blowing. Super easy. Fry garlic, add mustard, cook, add water. Then fish filets. And bring up to taste with brown sugar. Yum. You can also add some orange zest or juice. It's my fav! Great Channel, love you guys!

Another killer video for us to kick off the first month of 2023!!! I have a couple of questions, first, Stephanie is there a recipe for the lemon sauce and what kind of fish would it pair well with? I have some Cod and Haddock Fillets, as well as some Walleye and Perch that was caught about 2 weeks ago, cleaned and frozen very quickly, what would your choice be? Second, Clay, with the jibe you made at approx 14:45 if your beautiful and hard working Wife starts to collect cookware called Le Creuset be warned that they are excellent enameled cast iron items of cookware, they come in many attractive colours and are built for several lifetimes of use, most of all though unlike regular cast iron that when struck upside the head makes a distinct ringing tone that alerts others that a bludgeoning may be occurring, The enameled coating on the Le Creuset only gives off the faintest of dull thuds when struck to the average husband's head. Just thought I'd mention that in good faith and may or may not have the dent's from those pans as evidence of my claims. That 24ft. Pathfinder just keeps impressing, doesn't it? If I ever get the opportunity to live down in the Florida Keys, or on one of the Islands like Turks and Caicos I really think that boat would be such a versatile machine capable of shallow bay fishing to deep water dropping and jigging! Plus it just looks the business!! Speaking of business, I faithfully wore my AVAIL Fleece Lined Hoodie on an ice fishing trip a few weeks ago, I love the fact that even at -30C (-22F or thereabouts) the fleece feels warm under my parka and then once we have the hut in place an a fire going in the cookstove any perspiration I might expend is wicked away leaving me dry, which is a really nice thing in cold weather!! Aside from advertising in Canada in the future, you may wish to consider the Nordic countries as well as they have very similar conditions. Cool video I love the keys but nice to see videos in other places as well and the cold weather trips aren’t fun lol we made a 2.5 hour trip to st Augustine in 33 degrees and sunny it was planned out like 3 months in advance so we were like whatever let’s go lol
