It's finally here, the day we have been waiting for, a new WDW vlog!!!! We are so excited to share this series with you, starting off with the most exciting day, our travel day from London Heathrow to Orlando, flying with Virgin Atlantic ✈️
We then check into our first resort of this trip, and one we fell head over heels in love with - Disney's Polynesian Resort 🌴

Having won a family holiday to Florida 2 years ago and it being cancelled twice we are hoping to get there later this year and after seeing you all get back to your happy place it makes it start to feel for us ! Last international holiday I chose the back row too. We got the smell every so often. But loved that the kids could lean back without annoying people. Less people around us. We also had spare seats next to us. Would definitely choose it again!

I just tuned into to watch your travel day and realised you flew the same day as my son and I, then realised we were on the same flight but to my shock when you boarded I realised that you were sat behind us. I'm not a particularly nosey person so didn't really look around but I'm gutted that I never got the chance to say hi. We flew home this morning. I hope you had the best time ever xx

So pleased to subscribe to your wonderful channel. We've been lucky enough to visit WDW 14 times since 1988 (but sadly not since 2015) and watching you guys reminds us in particular of visiting Orlando in the 90s when our daughter Katie was young. Utter magic (especially the times when we stayed at Christmas). We've mostly stayed on Disney property with the Boardwalk and both Port Orleans Resorts being our favourites. Looking forward to catching up with your vlogs and hope you all keep well.

🥰🥰 ah this gave me all the feels 🥰🥰 love a travel day! Followed along on Instagram but love a vlog, well done for getting it out so quickly! That sky as you landed was beautiful 😍 The studios at the poly looks enormous, it’s one on our list for a future trip 🤞🏼 such a gorgeous resort and I think now with the fireworks not being “Happily Ever After” the beach viewing is a perfect way to watch Enchantment ✨ Looking forward to seeing the rest 💗

Canned wine yes, I'm classy right there with you :) "I have loads of energy" LOL her and my youngest. Loved the music and editing. So excited for our trip, and I agree, it all feels a bit different. What a gorgeous sunset on arrival!!! Florida was showing off for you. Big question for you (one of my many!) Do they show Mickey cartoons on the Mears buses? Ugh why aren't we booked at Poly?! We're at BLT in Feb. I am in love with your girls backpacks!!! I am blown away poly studios have a walk in shower and bathtub. That is amazing! AKL didn't have that. Love that they're making Callum run - lol, cannot even fathom his steps for the trip. Thank you for sharing, getting us so excited to go and a great reminder why of what we want to prioritize our family values with. I was today years old when I found out you could order shots with the dole whips. Ah I hope your next video comes out soon!

It really was showing off for us as we arrived, so beautiful!!! No they don’t have TVs on the buses 😭 BLT is on our must do list, it looks awesome, I did fall in love with the Poly though! We noticed a huge difference then moving to AKL after being in that massive studio! Bless Callum, he powers through 😂 thank you for watching! Next one will be tomorrow!!

This gave us all of the feels guys!!! All being well we will be heading out ourselves in a couple of weeks and it’s been great showing our 3 year old of what to expect (re masks etc 😷). Although she did ask if Lyla and Daisy were coming with us 🤣🤣 So glad everything ran smoothly and what an end to an amazing travel day on the beach watching the fireworks eating dole whip 😍✨❤️

Amazing travel day! Can I ask how old your girls are - they seemed to cope so well with the super long day. Travelling for the first time in a May with kids in tow - aged 4 & 2. Hope our immigration experience is as good as yours! It really made me emotional when you first got on board, cannot WAIT to get back to the magic - don’t think I’ll believe it until we get on that plane! Xx

So exciting to finally be back!! Out of curiosity, how where they on the flight with kids and masks? My 9 year old is feeling a bit anxious of wearing it for 10 hours straight but seen Lyla and Daisy seem to have good breaks with it off? xx

It was pretty long going out, about 10 hours as I think we were up against some winds, usually it’s around 9 hours x

Hey! Yes! You would need to be getting WDW transportation into the resort though, as they wouldn’t let you park without some form of room or meal reservation! Xx

Could swear that's not as much food as they normally give you on the flight? Did you get boursin with the crackers? Pre-pandemic wasn't it bread roll, mini salad and maybe even some fruit too? Did you get ice creams? Pleased to hear that immigration was quick!

Yeah they were definitely smaller portions than you used to get! We just had butter with the crackers I think! It was chocolate bars instead of ice creams too, they were pretty constant with the bar service and snacks though, always bringing something round! X

That’s what me and my partner said to each other when we go money doesn’t exist in Disney it’ll be a once in a lifetime trip for us and our children so don’t want to hinder their experience so excited haha don’t get me wrong my children will be 2.5 and 4 when we go so not as well behaved as your girls I expect!

Oh I’m sure they’ll be great! And yep totally get you, I always think if we overspend then we can deal with it when we’re back! Luckily we’re pretty good at sticking to a budget 🤞🏼🤞🏼
