Hello Christopher. The short answer is that you'd let the TC know that you are interested in training and mentoring Instructors. It took me nearly a year of training to become a TF in all disciplines. Each TC is different so their training may also vary. Best Wishes. I also made a short video. Thanks for asking the question.
