You may want to consider making a journal with your projects listed to include what each piece means to you, what you were going through as you stitched it, what you were thinking. That way your grandchildren will have a better appreciation of each piece and see what resonates with them. Thank you for sharing!

I pretty much do it different every year. This year, I'm doing 4 new starts on every Wednesday. And work on them thru Saturday night. Then I am doing 5 WIPS, starting on each Sunday, thru Tuesday. Hi Lori! Loved your By the Bay finish and His eye is on the Sparrow is just spectacular, as all of your stitching is!! Thank you for bringing us such lovely content!! 💕 I have all of my Master DMC and fancy flosses in two portable 4 shelf plastic totes that sit by my stitching chair and if I am going somewhere I will pull out the flosses I need for that particular project! Makes it really easy for me and keeps the cost down so I don't have multiples of everything!

I am doing WIP Maynia and trying to work on all of my WIPS for at least a day. I have 26 WIPS at the moment so it shouldn't be a problem. I will have to have a new start on Friday since I will be going from NC back home to IL so I need to work on perforated paper. Hopefully I can get that done in one day. Have a great May! 💜

I love your finish on the Durene Jones santa ornament. I had picked up a package of the unfinished wooden ornaments also... but I'm going to look for the felted pieces and the beaded wreaths when Christmas items come out again; that's brilliant with a bit less work than painting the other pieces. 🪡👠

Nice Christmas finishes! Mtn. View Bay is so pretty, congrats on the Finish. Nice progress on your WIPs & New Start. Sometimes blending 2 floss colors don't do much for me, so I leave what I stitched and then pick 1 of the colors and stitch the rest solid. I'd do the corner pieces for the Easter border. Wow, Live on Little and the L&L Angel of Light look Fabulous! I'm skipping Maynia this year, concentrating on WIPS, only doing One New Start.

Hi Lori I meant to comment on the last video but I thought I would just do it now. I am stitching Marquise and since you were looking to replicate those pinks on your Quaker lady project, they are 152 for light pink and 223 for medium pink. Regarding Spring Quaker, there is a called for Classic Colorworks Roasted Chestnut that she says can be substituted with DMC 829. I can't stress enough how dissimilar these colors are! I went ahead and used 829 and hated it!!! so now I am ripping that all out and putting in the Roasted Chestnut. I thought I'd better tell you before you get there. It is called for a lot and is a very predominant color in the piece so you can't just live with it, or at least I couldn't! lol!!! I will probably restart it because now I hate the fabric! ARGH! hope this helps! Take care and love your new 'do.

There are so many patterns I want to do and so many games like wipgo, I am always thinking of what I will do next year. This is my first wipgo try and so far I have met all my goals but now I want to add other projects before wipgo starts for next yr.
